Proud

So my wife ran the San Francisco marathon on Sunday and did awesome!!! She has been training very hard and it paid off. She has a bit of an issue with her leg today, but felt great throughout the race and ran the last 6 miles very strong.

Her previous PR was 4:14 and that was on a mostly flat course, but San Francisco is not flat. Very nice work.

Me on the other hand did not do so well at my video duties. I was hoping to catch her at the finish and I saw her fine, but for some reason I didn't get the record button pressed on our little Vado video camera and so here's the video I ended up with:




Oh well... we got some other good videos of the kids recently. Won't post them here because the other one I posted is rather large and took a while.

Next step for Em is to do CIM and qualify for Boston!
